Christmas Gift Bag Design By Jeniffer Dammann Create your own holiday bags. You can save a lot of money by doing them with Xyron! Materials -         Xyron� machine (850, 900 or 1200) - Xyron Permanent Adhesive cartridge - Brown Paper Gift Bag by Paper Reflections - Starry Seasons (#N70) Rubber Stamp by Denami - Clear Embossing Ink - Gold Embossing Powder and Embossing Heat Tool - Page Pieces - Page Frames -          - Green, Red and Gold Markers - Plain Vellum Paper � one sheet - Ribbon � green, maroon, starred green and starred maroon - Gold mesh ribbon - Hole punch and craft wire (optional)

Directions: 1. Cut a piece of plain vellum paper to measure 53/4" x 73/4". Stamp and emboss "Seasons Greetings" across the vellum paper (paper should be situated landscape rather than portrait). Once it has been embossed and cooled, flip over the vellum and use markers to color in the stars red green and gold. Set aside to dry (marker on vellum takes several minutes to dry). 2. Punch out pieces from Page Pieces and run each through the Xyron machine. Also punch out Page Frames pieces. Run the outer frame and the yellow stocking through the Xyron machine. 3. Once the marker on the vellum has dried, run vellum through Xyron machine and adhere to brown gift bag. Peel backing from stars and stripes frame and adhere so seasons greetings is centered in opening. Adhere the rest of the page pieces onto front of gift bag. 4. Run maroon and green ribbons through the Xyron machine and adhere to top of bag in that order. Tie both colors of starred ribbon together into one knot. Before tying into a bow, tie a piece of gold mesh ribbon around knot, then tie starred ribbon into a bow. Adhere bow to the handle (easy way) or punch a hole in the bag and use a piece of craft wire to secure the bow, by twisting it inside the bag (advanced approach). NOTE:     To adhere bow to the handle, you would actually tie the ribbons into a bow around it. If you are doing the advanced option, the bow is first made and then adhered to the bag.
