Directions:
1. Apply Xyron Adhesive to all papers. Note:
Remove protective backing from paper when ready to apply design to
project. Apply the sheet of lavender plaid paper to the journal, 3/8" from
the right edge.
2. Cut a 2"x10" and a 31/2" x 4" piece of yellow check paper. Stamp the
desired name on the 31/2" x 4" piece of yellow check paper. Use the
straight scissors to cut a wavy edge around the stamped name. Apply the
2"x10" yellow check paper at the left edge of the lavender paper. Cut
three floral and leaf motifs from the floral paper. Cut a 11/4"x11" piece
of floral paper, then run it through the paper crimper. Apply the crimped
paper over the yellow check paper.
3. Cut a 31/2"x53/4" piece of pink check paper. Trim corners with
decorative scissors. Apply the design to the journal front. Apply the
paper with the stamped name on the pink paper. Apply the floral motifs at
the album front.
4. Tie a bow of green ribbon. Run the bow through the Xyron™ 850
machine to apply adhesive, then apply the bow to the journal front. Tie
white ribbon at the button centers. Glue the buttons on the crimped paper
strip.
ACRYLIC GIFT BOXES
Materials Needed:

Die Cuts: 4 Baby Bibs, 4 Baby Bottles, 8 Diaper

Directions:
1. Purchase die cuts or cut similar die cuts
using patterned paper.
2. Make shapes into stickers using the Xyron Acid Free Adhesive
Application Cartridge.
3. Apply a baby bib, then a bottle to each side of the large box. Apply
two diaper pins to each side of the top. Apply two pins to each side of
the small box. Optional: Embellish the boxes with ribbon bows if
desired. Fill boxes with baby items.
PHOTO BABY CARD
Materials Needed:
Blue Notecard and Envelope
Paper (2 Baby-Themed, One Each Yellow, Pink and Blue

Directions:
1. Cut a baby bib and bottle from two different
patterned papers. Cut a pink and a blue diaper pin. With the decorative
scissors, trim a piece of yellow paper to fit the front of the card. Trim
the photo to fit under the oval opening in the bib. Feed the paper shapes
through the Xyron™ 850 machine.
2. Peel away the top of the bib, then center the photo under oval area.
Apply the yellow paper, then the bib, bottle and diaper pins to the card.
Write a caption on the card with the blue marker.
PHOTO FRAME
Materials Needed:
8"x10" Ready-to-Make™ Frame
Paper
Pizazz® Paper (2 Baby-Themed, One Each Yellow and Blue Solid)

18" of 1" Blue Ribbon
Directions:
1. Cut a baby bottle and the words "BABY" from
yellow and blue paper. Draw "stitch lines" with the black marker inside
each shape. Cut the baby themed paper to fit the front of the frame. Apply
Xyron Adhesive to baby themed paper and cut outs.
2. Apply baby themed paper to front of frame. Apply blue letters to the
frame, then yellow letters, offsetting slightly. Apply baby bottles.
Insert photo in frame. Optional: Glue a blue ribbon bow at the left top
corner of the frame.
BABY ANNOUNCEMENT MAGNET
Materials Needed:
Paper Pizazz® Paper (Lavender Solid,
Lavender Check, Pink Solid, White)

Sheet Magnet (Recycle: Use magnet from a local
business)

Two Small Brass Safety Pins

1/4" Pink Satin Ribbon
Directions:
1. Cut a diaper pin of pink paper. Cut a 4"x41/2"
and a 4"x1" piece of lavender solid paper and a 23/4"x3" piece of lavender
check paper with the decorative edge scissors. Write the baby's name and
date of birth on a piece of White paper with a pink marker. Trim photo to
fit inside lavender check area and white paper to fit inside small
Lavender rectangle. Apply Xyron Adhesive to cut papers and photo. Apply
white paper rectangle to small lavender rectangle. Apply lavender check
rectangle, baby photo and diaper pin to large lavender rectangle.
2. Switch to Lamination Cartridge and laminate both lavender units.
Punch holes (two on top, two on bottom and two on name tag). Clip two
pieces together and finish top holes with a ribbon bow.
3. Use Xyron Adhesive to make magnet into a sticker.
4. With cotton, dab alcohol on back of announcement. This will enable
the adhesive on the magnet to better "grab" the laminate. Stick magnet to
announcement back.
